Do you do custom geometry?
Yes, every bike is unique and designed to fit the customers needs

You mention your “design philosophy” what is this?
It’s the style of bikes *we* like to ride. We will build almost anything that makes sense [to us] but we have a design philosophy that has been honed from how we like to ride and where we like to ride.

How much is a deposit?
50% of your total projected frame cost

How do I begin?
An introductory email or phone call is best. However, a deposit reserves your place in line.

What method of payment do you accept?
Cash, Paypal or check (made out to True Fabrication, LLC). Please note that 3% Paypal fee will be charged.

Are you a full time frame builder?
No we are not but in some ways we think this makes us better.

What is your warranty policy?
In simplistic terms its 6 years, original owner, and manufacturer defects.

Do you only use steel?
Yes…for now. We have the capability to do aluminum and titanium but for right now we are only offering steel.

Can I come by the shop?
Good question; yes you can but it is usually by appointment only. Since we have 9-5 jobs, families and try to ride frequently, we need to maximize out time while in the shop.

How long is your waiting list?
Ummmmm…we are not sure yet. We are working to improve efficiency but currently we’re projecting a 10-12 week turn around.
