Warranty

It is very important to True Fabrication that we have satisfied customers. Our warranty will cover any defects in the frame/fork/rack/stem that are the result of something we did (or did not do). However, the extent of the repair or replacement will be to our discretion. Many times a tube can simply be replaced and the frame can be perfectly functional. It’s the beauty of steel. Our warranty is good to the original owner only, it is not transferable and is valid for 6 years. Our warranty policy does not cover bone-headed actions by an individual or motorized vehicle with a roof rack. Please remember that modern steel bicycles can be quite light and are not intended for hucking or jumping (unless that was a part of your design request). Trust us, we can almost always tell the difference.
